Glitterati Pearl Farms have generated more than 5,000 employment in both rural and urban parts of the country.Mr. Achal Singh who is the CEO and founder of the Glitterati Pearl Farms started pearl farming in Village Falaudi, Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.

Today, Glitterati has provided employment in each and every house of Falaudi, Sawai Madhopur. Raw materials like netbags, nucleus and other things are made in Falaudi Village of Sawai Madhopur.

Indirect Employment

The process of pearl farming involves surgery of mussels which is alway performed by the experts. Our surgery team consists of more than 600 employees that belong from different states like West Bengal and Rajasthan. We help people all across India in setting up their pearl farming projects. These projects are directly or indirectly a source of employment to thousands of people all over India.

Glitterati has its corporate offices in various cities like Greater Noida West, Sawai Madhopur, West Bengal and Pilkhuwa.

We have teams of experts at our corporate office to handle the clients queries, manage customer relations and social media, manage finances and accounts who work from the corporate office located in Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh. Glitterati Pearl Farms believes in providing fair opportunities to the people who are actively or passively connected with us.

At our pearl farm office located in Pilakhuwa Uttar Pradesh, we have team of 20 employees inclusive of site managers, team leads and field employees who take care of the ponds and sites.

In year 2023, Glitterati is coming up with the pearl farming setup in West Bengal, this will further generate a large number of employees in West Bengal and the employment will not be limited to any particular sector but will have a funnel effect and will disperse great employment in agriculture and fisheries sector of the country.
